Seward Alaska 1968 kidnap and rape never prosecuted

Seward and all of Alaska is wide open for pedophiles now as it was in 1968.
The systems intended seemingly to stop these crimes are instead controlled by the perpetrators.
The damage is unknown but vast numbers of kids will never live without the savage torment inflicted with support of the state.
Today is another of a day of torment for me.      And it did not have to happen at all.
